About the Role: The role of Manager – Business Development involves driving revenue growth across Open Programs, Custom Programs, Online Certificates, and PGDM Online by managing outreach, lead generation, and client engagement. Responsible for identifying and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers across corporates, PSUs, and government bodies to convert business opportunities into high-impact learning engagements. Collaborate closely with faculty and academic teams to design and deliver customized programs that meet client needs, ensuring quality execution and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle. About the Role: Oversee the admissions process operations and communication strategy across all touchpoints using Meritto CRM.
