We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Customer Service Executive to join our Operations team in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end export shipment processes, coordinating with carriers and agents, preparing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to global clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner . Provide proactive shipment status updates to clients and resolve issues promptly. Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents for smooth operations. Prepare and review export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin . Ensure strict compliance with export laws, regulations, and Incoterms . Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal tracking systems . Coordinate with the billing team for accurate and timely invoicing . Monitor shipment milestones and escalate delays/discrepancies as needed. Support sales and operations teams with quotes, rates, and customer onboarding . Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency . Required Qualifications & Skills 3 - 7 years of experience in freight forwarding / international logistics (export operations). Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance requirements . Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade practices . Excellent communication and customer service skills . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) . Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment . High level of attention to detail and organizational skills . Team-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
