About the job: Prepare and file Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) in compliance with employment-based visa requirements. Collect, verify, and organize all necessary client documentation for various immigration petitions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Coordinate effectively with attorneys, clients, and beneficiaries to facilitate smooth communication and case progression. Maintain and update Public Access Files (PAFs) in accordance with DOL regulations and audit requirements. Provide clients with detailed petition-specific checklists and guidance via email, ensuring clarity on required documentation. Oversee documentation verification and processing for each client petition, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Monitor documentation timelines and send reminders to clients to ensure timely retrieval and submission of required materials. Process and complete immigration application forms, ensuring all data is accurate and adheres to USCIS and legal standards. Support clients throughout the documentation and application process, offering consistent communication and administrative assistance.
