Role & responsibilities: Conducting subject classes- Verbal Ability ,logical reasoning, general knowledge, quantitative Aptitude with strong emphasis on delivery of learning objectives and motivation of students to excel in the top entrance exam for various products of PRATHAM. Developing relevant study material and modification of existing study material as per Entrance Curriculum. Ensuring above average feedback from students and centers alike. Creation of completely new mock test series for relevant Entrance examinations. Recording regular Class Sessions for Online uploads. Conducting regular sessions in schools, other educational tie-ups and other forums addressing large gatherings of students and/or parents providing information like "Career options after Class 12th" while effectively pitching brand PRATHAM. Researching and developing learning objectives and study material for undergraduate entrances. Analyzing trends and patterns of previous year exam papers and ensuring all training modules such as in class assignments, practice papers and full- length mock papers are in line with the ever evolving Entrance examination patterns and structures. Regularly interacting with other internal team members and external faculty members to ensure consistency in imparting the curriculum. Education and Knowledge: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in respective Subjects Professional proficiency with Microsoft office package and IT literate. People with different education backgrounds and also welcomed who have the zeal to contribute to the society by teaching and mentoring young students Experience: 1-5 years of experience in the Coaching Test Prep industry in delivering aptitude classes (Freshers can also apply). Experience in preparing students for subjects for the examination's like CLAT/CAT/CUET/IPMAT etc. Skills: Strong hold on the subject of expertise. Very strong eye for detail. Problem-solving attitude and creativity. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver classes across PRATHAM Test Prep centers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for the achievement of daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets for the respective centers assigned to them 2. To speak with aspiring students/parents and give them the right career options for the course. 3. To convince students and their parents and generate interest in education. opportunities offered by IIFM /PRATHM. 4. Compiling and Analyzing Market information to develop future strategies for the Company. 5. Ethical Compliance of all company policies 6.
