Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all social media activities and digital marketing initiatives for the institute. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digital automations, email and WhatsApp marketing, AI tools, and Pabbly. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the institute's online presence. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and optimize strategies. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and display advertising. Utilize digital automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital content. Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and graphics. Ensure all content aligns with the institute's brand voice and messaging. Email and WhatsApp Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns using tools like Pabbly. Segment email lists and tailor messages to different audience groups. Track and analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements. AI and Digital Tools: Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efforts, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and content generation. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics. Generate comprehensive reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. Proficiency in using digital automation tools, email and WhatsApp marketing platforms, AI tools, and Pabbly. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in the culinary or educational industry. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
