Currently, we are looking for individuals to join us in the role of Customer Service - Voice at our Noida, Sector 144 location. As a Customer Service - Voice representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls efficiently and effectively. You will be tasked with resolving customer queries, addressing outstanding issues, and ensuring timely processing of transactions. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining our high client service level agreements and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in International Inbound Voice Process. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential along with expertise in customer handling. You should be comfortable with handling inbound voice calls and possess the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work from our office location in Noida. The job offers benefits such as leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. You will be working in a fixed shift schedule from Monday to Friday, including night shifts and US shifts with shift allowance. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in International voice process and 3 years in Inbound voice, we encourage you to apply for this position. The preferred location for this role is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and candidates who are willing to reliably commute or relocate before starting work are preferred.
