International Inbound Tech Sales/Support

Taking inbound calls with printer, router, and antivirus issues from the customer, diagnosing the problems, and recommending the most suitable plan to resolve the issues. The role also includes selling technical support plans along with relevant software. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support. They must possess the ability to independently close their own calls and have excellent English communication skills. Previous experience in handling customer calls related to printers, routers, and antivirus software is required. Candidates will receive a fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month along with attractive incentives including daily sales incentives, attendance incentives, and monthly sales incentives. Additionally, there is a hike of 15% - 20% on the last drawn salary, a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 annually, and a referral bonus of Rs. 1500 per candidate referred. There will be no extension of shift timings, providing a conducive work-life balance. Employees can expect high growth prospects within the company, with salary increments after 9 months of employment. The shift timings are US/UK hours, and the workweek consists of 6 days.
