International Customer Service

You will be working as a Customer Support Executive in an International Voice Process at our company located in Malad. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling customer support queries and providing solutions promptly and efficiently. - Utilizing your excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with international clients. - Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting the set targets and goals. - Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery. To qualify for this role, you are required to meet the following criteria: - Must have completed Higher Secondary education or equivalent. - At least 6 months of experience for HSC candidates or fresh graduates are welcome. - Previous experience in an International BPO setting is mandatory. - Proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. - Immediate availability to join the team.
