You will be part of a dynamic team delivering exceptional customer support to international clients in the US Healthcare domain. As an International Contact Center Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound member calls related to US Healthcare - Resolving queries with empathy and professionalism - Maintaining quality standards and data confidentiality To be eligible for this role, you should have: - Completed 10+2 or Graduation (Recent pass-outs preferred) - Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 | Versant 62+) - Experience in International Voice Process is preferred - Willingness to work in Night Shifts The company offers a 5-Day Work Week with growth and learning opportunities.
