ICCOA is hiring a enthusiastic, energetic candiadate for the role of District cordinator in Gujarat Job Discription: Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct data collection for three agricultural seasons as per project requirements. 2. Be present during RC Inspections and farmer meetings to ensure proper coordination and reporting. 3. Appoint and lead LRPs (Local Resource Persons) in the project area for smooth implementation and farmer engagement.5 4. Serve as a trainer for cow-based natural farming products, conducting demonstrations and awareness programs for farmers. 5. Monitor and support field-level adoption of natural and cow-based farming practices. 6. Coordinate with the central project team for data submission, documentation, and progress reporting. 7. Maintain complete and accurate field records, photographs, and reports. 8. Facilitate evaluation surveys, feedback sessions, and capacity-building activities for farmers and LRPs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field (preferred). Experience in organic/natural farming projects or community mobilization will be an advantage. Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to guide field-level teams and LRPs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with farmers and local communities. Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork. Basic computer knowledge for data management and reporting. Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,108.16 per month Work Location: In person
