Required Skills and Qualifications: Fresher Candidates: Excellent communication skills in English with a willingness to learn and develop. Experienced Candidates (0-5 years): Prior experience in a voice process, customer service, or BPO role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to effectively communicate with international customers in a clear, concise, and friendly manner. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet browsing, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays). Preferred Qualifications: Any Graduates or Under graduates can apply ]Experience in an international BPO or customer service role is a plus.
