We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented International Business Law Associate with 6months or more of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposureto overseas company incorporation, the ability to handle and communicate effectively withinternational clients, and strong skills in interpreting legal statutes and regulatory language.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support to international clients, ensuring timely responses and smooth
communication across different time zones. Review, analyze, and interpret legal statutes, acts, and regulatory frameworks relevantto client matters. Draft and vet agreements, legal opinions, and documentation related to cross-borderbusiness operations. Conduct legal research on international corporate laws, compliance requirements, andregulatory updates. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution ofclient projects. Maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and support senior legal staff as required.
