Job Description – BPO Voice Process

Position: Customer Service Executive / Voice Process Executive
Location: Malad|Goregaon|Airoli|Thane|Western and Central Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Process: International Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
• Follow company SOPs, quality standards and call-handling procedures.
• Record and update customer information and call details in the system.
• Achieve assigned quality, productivity and customer-service targets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain proper attendance and adherence to shift schedules.
• For sales processes, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• HSC pass or Graduate from any recognized institute.
• Freshers can apply; prior BPO/customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Good English communication is required for international voice processes.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with good listening skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts for international processes.
• Willing to work from the Western Mumbai location.

Shift & Working Days

• 5 working days per week for many international processes.
• 2 rotational week-offs.
• UK|US|AUS shifts may apply depending on the process.
