International B2B Sales & Lead Generation Manager

Rest Global (OPC) Private Limited is the proud owner of ChakraPouches, a purpose-driven brand offering premium nicotine and caffeine pouches to international markets. We specialize in B2B, white label, and export partnerships with a mission to also support stray animal welfare through our profits.

We are now looking for a driven, resourceful, and globally minded sales leader to help us take our brand worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage international distributors, wholesalers, and resellers
• Generate high-quality B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, and export platforms (Alibaba, ExportHub, IndiaMART Global, etc.)
• Build and manage a global sales pipeline with CRM tracking
• Create and send product decks, pricing offers, and coordinate sample shipments
• Arrange meetings, negotiate terms, and close export deals
• Stay updated on international trade compliance and documentation

Requirements

• 25 years in international B2B or export sales (preferably in FMCG, oral care, nicotine, or wellness products)
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Experience with white label/private label product sales
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Familiarity with INCOTERMS, logistics, and export documentation is a plus
