Role Overview: As a Voice Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent service in a BPO environment. Your primary focus will be on utilizing your communication skills to address customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner - Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently - Maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service - Adhering to company policies and procedures during customer interactions Qualifications Required: - Any graduate or undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Good knowledge of BPO operations and customer service practices Company Details: Cab facility is available for employees, and the work schedule involves 5 days a week with flexibility required for night or rotational shifts.
