As the creative strategist and cultural pulse-checker for the Broadway brand, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, design team, and social/content leads to develop campaigns and collaborations that are not only modern and hype-worthy but also culturally resonant. Your work will involve creating decks, identifying trends, launching brand drops, and crafting moments that contribute to the narrative and meaning of the Broadway brand. Your key responsibilities will include translating marketing goals into campaign concepts, moodboards, and storytelling themes for brand campaigns. You will be expected to conduct trend and culture research in areas such as fashion, food, meme culture, music, and creators, and share relevant insights with the team. Additionally, you will collaborate with the junior creative director and content team to visually and socially bring creative briefs to life. You will also play a role in supporting the development of brand collaborations, drops, and Broadway-origin IPs. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in brand/culture strategy, content planning, or creative roles. You should be comfortable working with decks, insights, and have a knack for connecting culture to the brand. A strong taste level and storytelling ability across various formats such as decks, IG posts, Notion boards, and Figma outlines are essential. You should be someone who not only understands what is trending but also comprehends the underlying reasons behind these trends.,
