Internal Audit-Trainee

Role Overview:
The Internal Audit Trainee will support the evaluation of internal processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in auditing practices while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and auditing internal processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Document observations and prepare basic audit reports under supervision.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Maintain proper records of audits and follow-ups for reference.
• Participate in the company’s process audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic understanding of auditing principles or a willingness to learn.
• Fresh B.Com graduates are encouraged to apply.

Duration: 6 months
