Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time internship role for a Medical Records Intern located in West Delhi. The intern will assist in organizing, maintaining, and managing medical records in compliance with healthcare standards. Responsibilities include handling patient information, ensuring accuracy in documentation, using electronic health record systems, and supporting the Health Information Management team. The intern will also provide assistance in addressing patient queries related to medical records and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and knowledge of Health Information Management systems
• Understanding of basic clinical concepts and medical documentation processes
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to provide assistance effectively
• Experience or knowledge in handling Medical Records with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare compliance protocols
