Intern- Accounts (Finance)

As a Finance Assistant at our company located in Brigade Signature Tower, Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team in various tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Enter invoices, bills, purchase orders, and other financial records into ZOHO Books. - Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. - Reconcile data with physical documents and correct any inconsistencies. - Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. - Assist with generating basic reports from ZOHO Books as needed. - Coordinate with the team internally for missing or unclear information. - Follow established procedures for data entry and record-keeping. Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles. - Familiarity with ZOHO Books or willingness to learn quickly. - Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and organizational skills.
