Interior Supervisor On-site

The candidate is a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor with proven experience in managing and executing interior fit-out and finishing works across residential, commercial, and retail projects. Possesses strong knowledge of interior materials, specifications, and workmanship standards, with the ability to coordinate multiple vendors, contractors, and on-site teams efficiently.

Key strengths include:

• Interpreting architectural and interior design drawings and ensuring accurate execution at the site.
• Supervising day-to-day site activities including carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, and furniture installations.
• Maintaining site safety, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinating with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure clarity in design intent and timely resolution of site issues.
• Preparing daily progress reports, labor deployment records, and material usage logs.
• The candidate is well-versed in handling multiple sites, managing workforce effectively, and ensuring high-quality interior finishes within project schedules and budgets.
