Job Overview We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor for a full-time junior position. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience. This position is based in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, providing an excellent opportunity to work on varied projects across these locations. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD is a mandatory skill, necessary for creating detailed interior designs and layouts. Expertise in construction management to ensure efficient execution of interior projects. (Mandatory skill) Mandatory skill in blueprint reading to interpret concept drawings correctly and guide project implementation. Familiarity with project management software to plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines. Quality control skills to ensure that all work meets design specifications and industry standards. Safety compliance knowledge to ensure that all site activities adhere to applicable safety and health regulations. Capacity for thorough site inspections to proactively identify potential issues and mitigate risks. Ability to coordinate with vendors effectively to streamline project supplies and resources. Roles and Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations, ensuring projects adhere to planned timelines and budgetary constraints. Collaborate closely with design teams to align on project specifications and modifications. Manage the procurement of materials, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. Implement safety protocols across the site and conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for the workforce. Facilitate efficient communication between different construction crews and the project management team. Resolve any site-related issues swiftly to prevent project delays and additional costs. Document project progress and report to senior project managers and stakeholders regularly.
