Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Coordination: Oversee the on-site execution of interior design projects, ensuring work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of interior projects, from initial setup to final handover. Team Management: Manage the site team, including laborers, subcontractors, and tradesmen, ensuring they are properly trained, supervised, and motivated. Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and safety protocols. Material Management: Manage the procurement, storage, and delivery of materials to ensure timely and efficient use on site. Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols on site, ensuring the well-being of workers and visitors. Communication: Act as a liaison between the design team, client, and site team, communicating project progress, changes, and any issues that may arise. Problem-solving: Identify and address potential problems or issues on site, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material deliveries, and safety inspections.
