Position: Site Supervisor for Interior Company

Experience: 5 Years

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: 15k to 25k Rs/ Month.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision for interior projects
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and team leadership
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
• Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed

Job Description:

1. The candidate is required to oversee the interior design and construction effort, conduct and build planning meetings.

2. Monitor and approve design specifications and develop purchase justifications for materials.

3. The candidate behavior must be calm for all type of clients. The candidate must best on Client Handling.

4. Well Knowledge in 2D and 3D Design, Civil Layout, Electric Layout etc.

5. The candidate is required coordination with site personnel and conducts site inspection to ensure conformity with standards and specifications.

6. Manage workflow and monitor the progress of every project efficiently and communicate the details with stakeholders.

7. The Candidate is required to assess the proposals, review the performance of the contractor and Material Purchasing and Estimation.

Required Candidate Profile: The Candidate should be smart and efficient. The candidate should be loyal to our firm and should also be able to complete the given responsibilities on time.

*Must have own Two-Wheeler.
