Interior site coordinator

We're seeking an organized and communicative Interior Client Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client projects, managing communications, converting the clients , increasing sales and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate client projects from concept to completion

2. Manage client communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings

3. Collaborate with interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and payments

5. Identify and resolve potential project issues promptly

6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors

• Qualifications and Experience

1. 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the interior design or construction industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors

3. Proven organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

4. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and identify potential project issues

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

6. Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp

7. Interior design or related field knowledge, with an understanding of design principles, construction methods, and industry terminology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,490.48 - ₹34,810.27 per month
