• Konverto Focused on space-saving and mechanism-driven furniture for modern living.
• Dekorup Our sister concern, focused on custom interior production, modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and turnkey fit-outs for premium B2B clients.

We collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project consultants to deliver factory-finished, high-precision solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a technically strong and organized Interior Production & Design Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of modular and custom furniture projects. This includes managing the design team, reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with production and QC, and directly engaging with high-end B2B clients.

This is a full-time, on-site role located at our factory in Yaradanhalli, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team, ensuring all outputs are technically sound and production-ready.
• Review and validate construction drawings, technical details, cutlists, and BOQs.
• Coordinate closely with production engineers, cutlist makers, and QC teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Interface with high-end B2B clients and architects, understanding project expectations and translating them into actionable deliverables.
• Oversee snag identification, documentation, and resolution during both design and production phases.
• Ensure alignment with production timelines, quality standards, and installation feasibility.
• Supervise ongoing production under both:
• Konverto focusing on innovative, mechanism-based space-saving furniture.
• Dekorup focusing on large-scale interior production and customization.
• Optimize resources, production schedules, and coordination workflows across teams.
• Support the development of new products and system designs with technical inputs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 58 years in modular/interior furniture production and design management.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong experience in design validation, construction drawings, and production workflows.
• Good understanding of furniture manufacturing materials, hardware, and joinery systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other industry-standard design tools.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience working with B2B clients, architects, and interior firms is highly preferred.
