INTERIOR / EXTERIOR 3D VISUALIZER

As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for developing detailed and realistic 3D models of architectural exteriors, landscapes, and urban environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating high-quality, photorealistic renders and walkthroughs based on architectural drawings and concept sketches. - Applying lighting, textures, materials, and environmental effects to achieve atmospheric and visually appealing outputs. - Collaborating with the architectural team to understand project objectives and visual requirements. - Optimizing 3D scenes for rendering efficiency without compromising visual quality. - Conducting post-production enhancements using tools like Adobe Photoshop or After Effects. - Maintaining and organizing a library of assets such as trees, vehicles, buildings, and environmental elements. - Staying updated with trends in 3D rendering, real-time visualization, and architecture. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in exterior visualization within architecture, real estate, or urban design. Additionally, you should have advanced proficiency in 3ds Max with V-Ray Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit, Photoshop for post-production, and Lumion. A strong understanding of architectural detailing, landscaping, lighting, and camera composition is essential. You should also be able to interpret architectural plans and translate them into realistic visualizations with excellent attention to detail and a keen sense of realism. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are crucial. Preferred qualifications for this position include a degree or diploma in Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field, as well as knowledge of sustainable and modern architectural trends.
