Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for interior design and fit-out projects
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Support pricing of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
Collect and analyze vendor quotations; maintain vendor comparison sheets
Help prepare tender documents, proposals, and cost breakdowns
Update and maintain estimation databases and cost libraries
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for clarifications
Track revisions and assist with value engineering options
Ensure estimates align with project scope, quality standards, and timelines

Internship Details

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: As per company policy
