Interior Draftsman

As an experienced Interior Designer with 8-10 years of experience, your role will involve creating detailed interior design drawings and plans using AutoCAD for working drawing drawings. You will be responsible for developing high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations using SketchUp and Photoshop to ensure drawings meet all technical specifications and client requirements. Regular site visits will be required to monitor progress, identify and resolve any on-site issues related to the interior design, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Collaboration with project managers and team members is essential to ensure timely completion of tasks. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and furnishings, assist in client meetings to present design concepts and updates, and address client feedback by incorporating changes into the design. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed interior design drawings and plans using AutoCAD. - Develop high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations using SketchUp and Photoshop. - Ensure drawings meet technical specifications and client requirements. - Monitor progress through regular site visits. - Resolve on-site issues related to interior design. - Work closely with project managers and team members for timely task completion. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement. - Assist in client meetings and address feedback for design improvements. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in interior drafting, preferably in high-end residential projects.
