Interior Designer/Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design concepts and layouts
• Meet with the clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, and teams in order to address client's needs.
• Translate client discussions into effective design solutions
• Lead and drive design meetings with clients, presenting ideas confidently
• The knowledge of quotation making and Revise designs based on client feedback.
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, renderings & Walkthrough) for clients.
• Stay up to date with interior design trends, materials, and industry practices
• Handle client follow-ups and calling as required.
• Work on both Residential and Commercial Projects from concept to execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape 3D Max, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute.
