Job Title:

Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements, design preferences, and project budgets
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
Create high-quality photorealistic renders and walkthroughs
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and dcor elements
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and execution teams
Manage timelines, milestones, and quality standards
Stay updated with design trends, materials, and sustainable solutions

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field
5+ years of proven experience as an Interior Designer
Strong portfolio showcasing executed projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray/Lumion, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning
Ability to create detailed working drawings and high-quality 3D renders
Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design solutions
Experience with VR/AR visualization tools
Familiarity with Illustrator or other presentation tools
