Role Overview:

Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion.

Interact directly with clients

mood boards, concepts, and 3D designs

detailed 2D working drawings

Select materials, finishes, and furnishings

manage site visits

quotation discussions

Collaborate with vendors, factory, and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.

Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met.

Stay updated on current design trends, material innovations, and vendor options.

Mentor junior designers or interns if required.

Skills & Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in residential interior design.

SketchUp, AutoCAD

prepare BOQs and review quotations

Good knowledge of modular and on-site execution processes.

Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong work ethic.
