Interior Design Faculty

Job Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time

Educational Qualification:

B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) or B.Des (Bachelor of Design) in Interior Design or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 0–3 years (Freshers with a creative portfolio and passion for teaching may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and studio sessions on subjects related to interior design, space planning, drafting, 3D visualization, materials, furniture design, and architecture.
• Mentor students in academic projects, design thinking, and creative development.
• Develop course materials, assignments, and curriculum aligned with industry standards.
• Evaluate and grade students' work, ensuring timely feedback and academic support.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and software in the interior design and architecture domain.
• Organize and support workshops, exhibitions, and design events.
• Collaborate with other faculty and management for smooth academic functioning.
• Guide students on professional practices, portfolio development, and career opportunities.

Skills Required:

• Strong foundation in design principles and architectural concepts
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant tools
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring creative minds
• Ability to inspire students and build an engaging classroom environment

Preferred:

• Prior teaching or industry experience in interior design or architecture
• Experience in project-based or practical teaching methods
• Exposure to academic administration or curriculum development is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
