Interior Architect

As an Architect specializing in interior design, structural detailing, and planning, you will be responsible for developing detailed architectural drawings, designing interior spaces with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, and creating 3D models for client presentations. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure structural feasibility, preparing construction drawings and working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure execution details align with designs. You will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial projects, and proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Additionally, your understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods will be crucial in ensuring compliance and quality in your work. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. Your role may also involve modifying designs based on client feedback and site constraints, as well as incorporating sustainable design practices where applicable.
