The Residential Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, creating treatment plans, and providing therapy to patients. Daily tasks include conducting physiotherapy sessions, monitoring progress, adjusting treatments as necessary, and educating patients and their families on exercises and therapies to support recovery. The role also involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, including knowledge of various therapeutic techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and their families Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitative setting is preferred Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
