Intensivist

As an Intensivist at the facility in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in the ICU team, overseeing the care of critically ill patients and providing expert advice on intensive care management. Your responsibilities will include leading the team to ensure the highest standard of care for all ICU patients, performing critical care procedures, and collaborating with other specialists and healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Additionally, you will monitor patients" progress, adjust treatments, and lead rounds for complex cases. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the ICU team to provide high-quality care for critically ill patients - Perform critical care procedures and interventions - Collaborate with specialists and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care - Monitor patients" progress and adjust treatments as necessary - Conduct rounds for complex cases Qualifications Required: - MD in Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, or equivalent - Fellowship or DNB in Critical Care Medicine - Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an intensivist in a critical care setting - Expertise in advanced life support techniques - Familiarity with ICU monitoring equipment, infusion pumps, and ABG management - Strong communication and leadership skills for managing a multidisciplinary team The shift timings for this position are 3 to 4 hours, with a negotiable salary based on call basis and experience.
