Intensivist – IDCCM / DM critical care medicine

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage critically ill patients in ICU settings.
• Lead and coordinate with ICU nursing and support staff.
• Perform procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, etc.
• Participate in daily rounds, care planning, and family counseling.
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient records.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other specialties for comprehensive patient care.
• Provide support during emergencies and code blue situations.

Qualifications:

• MD / DNB in Internal Medicine / Anaesthesia / Pulmonary Medicine with IDCCM or DM in Critical Care Medicine.
• Valid registration with medical council.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred.

Skills:

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in ICU protocols and procedures.
