The Property Manager will oversee property operations, including tenant management, maintenance, and scheduling. Responsibilities include ensuring the efficient operation of the property, managing vendor relationships, handling budgets and expenses, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations. The individual will also focus on resolving tenant concerns promptly and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Qualifications Strong ability in Property Management, Facilities Management, and Vendor Coordination Proficiency in Budgeting, Expense Management, and Financial Reporting Knowledge of Safety Standards, Compliance, and Legal Regulations Skilled in Tenant Relations and Customer Service Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Previous experience in property or facilities management is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is advantageous Proficiency in relevant software and tools would be beneficial
