Design and deploy production LLM-based multi-agent architectures, real-time ML models, and automated workflows integrating with NetSuite, Amazon Connect, and LiveAgent. Key Responsibilities Design multi-agent LLM systems using GPT-4, Claude, Gemini with LangChain/LlamaIndex Build voice AI agents on Amazon Connect for customer phone interactions Develop conversational AI for email/chat integrated with LiveAgent platform Create ML models for real-time pattern recognition in high-frequency time-series data Build data ingestion pipelines processing millions of data points daily Integrate NetSuite ERP for automated quote generation and business workflows Deploy containerized services on GCP/AWS with comprehensive monitoring Required Skills Expert Python: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow Production LLM experience with multi-agent orchestration and RAG Machine learning: supervised/deep learning, time-series analysis API development (FastAPI/Flask), event-driven architecture Cloud: GCP (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Vertex AI) or AWS (Lambda, Connect) Databases: PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB; Message queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Enterprise integration: ERP/CRM systems, OAuth 2.0 Preferred Bachelors, MS/PhD in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or related field Amazon Connect, LiveAgent, or NetSuite experience Voice AI, NLP, sentiment analysis Reinforcement learning, distributed computing High-frequency data processing What You'll Build Business Automation: Voice AI handling customer calls, omnichannel chat/email agents, automated workflows with NetSuite integration Trading Systems: Real-time market data processing, ML pattern recognition models, backtesting frameworks, AI analysis agents Application Submit: GitHub portfolio, system design exercise (choose business automation or trading system), ML project deep dive, resume Requirements: 4+ hour daily overlap with PST (20:00-02:30 IST)
