Role & responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for handling bench sales recruitment. i.e. from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors and clients to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants. * Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants to primary vendors or Direct Clients. * Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals such as Vendor Portals, LinkedIn, Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Tech Fetch etc. * Looking for candidates who worked mostly with primary vendors. * Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in high-quality job opportunities. * Good at rate negotiations with Vendors. * Strong knowledge of the IT industry, current market trends, and technologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients. * Good negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful placements. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors in a Computer Science field are preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes. Strong understanding of the US job market and immigration policies Knowledge of US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099 Comprehensive knowledge of US Visa types and requirements: H-1B Visa, L-1 Visa, F-1 Visa, OPT, H-4 EAD, Green Card, TN Visa
