A typical Network Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and upgrading network infrastructure to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Adjust network sizes to meet volume or capacity demands. Communicate with customers, sales staff, or marketing staff to determine customer needs. Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. Design, build, or operate equipment configuration prototypes including network hardware, software, servers, or server operation systems. Determine specific network hardware or software requirements such as platforms, interfaces, bandwidths, or routine schemas. Develop and implement solutions for network problems. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. 4 - 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge in Network/Systems Administration. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification is a plus. Knowledge of computer hardware related to data storage. Familiarity with configuration management software, desktop communication software, operating systems, and internet directory services. Desired Profile of the Candidate Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-driven. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Immediate joiners preferred.
