Clinic Name : Pride IVF Fertility Clinic Location : Subham Redstone, 5 floor, GS Rd, near Down Town, next to Pantaloons, Bormotoria, Guwahati, Assam 781006 Experience: Minimum 2–5 years (Post MS/MD) with hands-on IVF experience Qualification: MBBS + MS/MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine/ART (preferred) Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Gynecologist with expertise in fertility and IVF procedures to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing infertility patients, carrying out IVF/IUI cycles, and providing complete obstetric and gynecological care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct consultations for gynecological and infertility-related concerns. Diagnose and treat reproductive and hormonal disorders. Manage complete IVF cycles including stimulation protocols, monitoring, and embryo transfers. Perform or assist in IUI, IVF, and other ART procedures. Coordinate with embryology and andrology teams for case planning. Counsel couples regarding treatment options, success rates, and procedures. Ensure timely documentation and patient follow-up. Provide support for antenatal care and pregnancy management post-conception. Attend clinical meetings and contribute to continuous medical development. Required Skills & Experience: MBBS and MS/MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology (mandatory) Minimum 3 years of experience in fertility/IVF setups Trained in IVF stimulation protocols, follicular scans, and embryo transfers Excellent communication and counseling skills Strong work ethic and patient-first approach Ability to handle OPD & emergency situations independently Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship or certification in Reproductive Medicine or ART Experience with IVF cycle planning, cryopreservation, and hormonal monitoring Comfortable using EMR and IVF software systems Compensation:Attractive package with incentives based on performance & case volume(Exact salary negotiable based on profile and experience) Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
