Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Consultant / Intern) Location: Vasna, Ahmedabad Duration: 2 Months (Consultant / Internship Basis) On-roll opportunity based on performance About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team for an exciting short-term project. The role offers a great opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in client meetings, sales pitching, and sponsorship marketing — with attractive performance-based incentives. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Meet potential clients as per company-provided leads. Present and explain the Sponsorship Deck / Project Presentation (PPT) provided by the company. Generate interest and secure sponsorship commitments. Maintain regular follow-up with clients for closures. Report daily visits, client feedback, and progress to the project manager. Represent the company professionally during all client interactions. Incentive Structure:10% incentive on the total sponsorship amount finalized in the month. Opportunity to be absorbed on-roll after 2 months based on performance.
