Position: Python Full Stack Developer – Generative AI Location: Columbus, OH / Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX Type: Contract to Hire (GC/USC Only) Client: Direct – Leading Banking Client Job Description: We are seeking a Python Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Generative AI solution development to join one of our leading banking clients on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in modern web technologies, backend development, and hands-on exposure to AI frameworks and tools. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop single-page applications using modern frameworks and libraries. Build, integrate, and optimize Generative AI solutions leveraging tools like ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, and LangGraph. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise-grade applications . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI-driven solutions. Work in an agile environment, adapting quickly to evolving project requirements. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience developing single-page applications using Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, Bootstrap , etc. 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications (ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools). Proven expertise in enterprise application development with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. (Nice to have): Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset with the ability to deliver solutions at speed. Additional Details: GC and U.S. Citizens only ( due to contract-to-hire conversion requirement ). Engagement: Direct with client – No layers involved .
