Job Description

Role Overview: At Bazaarvoice, as an Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes between applications across the cloud and/or on-premises. Your responsibilities will also include managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integrations. Additionally, you will provide technical subject matter expertise, collaborating with architects, other tech leads, and business analysts to ensure that development activities align with scope, schedule, priority, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications across the cloud and/or on-premises - Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing integrations - Provide technical subject matter expertise and collaborate with architects, tech leads, and business analysts Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of integration experience, with programming experience in Java/Python/Ruby on Rails - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workato - Strong understanding of various protocols/methods of communication, including JDBC/SQL/RDBMS, XML, XML Schemas, REST, JSON, FTP, SFTP About Bazaarvoice: Bazaarvoice creates smart shopping experiences by connecting brands and retailers with billions of consumers through a global network, product-passionate community, and enterprise technology.
