About the Role We are seeking a visionary and seasoned Design Head to lead our Interior Architecture vertical, focused on corporate office interiors. This is a strategic leadership role that combines design excellence with team mentorship and high-level client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp design eye, strong execution mindset, and proven experience delivering end-to-end corporate workplace solutions across diverse scales. Key Responsibilities 1. Design Leadership & Creative Direction · Establish and uphold the overall design vision, Space Planning and quality benchmarks. · Lead conceptual design development, translating client objectives into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling solutions. · Guide and review design teams to ensure alignment with client vision, concept integrity, and creative excellence. · Solve complex design challenges with a balance of creativity, functionality, and technical feasibility. · Solve complex design challenges with a clear and innovative approach. 2. Space Planning & Concept Development Develop and review optimal space layouts ensuring maximum efficiency, workflow, and user comfort. Champion zoning strategies, circulation patterns, and ergonomic considerations that enhance productivity and experience. Oversee 3D visualizations, material palettes, and mood boards to clearly communicate design intent. 3. Strategic Client Engagement • Engage with CXOs, business heads, and senior stakeholders to understand their goals, culture, and aspirations. • Present design strategies and narratives with confidence and clarity. • Build long-term partnerships through impactful delivery and client trust. 4. Team Management & Mentorship • Lead and inspire a team of architects and interior designers. • Encourage a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous learning. • Define and implement team workflows, review systems, and design protocols. 5. Project Oversight & Quality Assurance • Oversee multiple workplace projects from concept to completion. • Conduct design reviews, material audits, and on-site quality checks. • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and design specifications. 6. Innovation & Trends • Stay ahead of global design trends, sustainable practices, and technology in workplace design. • Promote research-based and data-driven design solutions. • Champion the integration of user experience and well-being into design thinking. 7. Coordination & Collaboration • Collaborate with BD, project management, and execution teams for smooth project delivery. • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to align vision and execution. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory). • 7-9 years of hands-on experience in corporate office interiors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong design portfolio demonstrating project ownership, creativity, and functional solutions. • Proficiency in design and visualization tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp,Revit, Adobe Suite, etc. • Deep knowledge of workspace ergonomics, sustainability, and compliance codes. • Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities. • Proven ability to manage teams, juggle priorities, and deliver under pressure.
