Key Responsibilities ABOUT THE ROLE SCR has the opportunity for a motivated Medical Receptionist to join our busy front desk. Working across our clinics in Minyama, Caloundra and Beerwah, you will deliver outstanding customer service for patients wishing to book and attend appointments that include X-ray, Ultrasound to CT and MRI services. This full-time position is working a 9 day f/night Monday to Friday rostered between the hours 7.30am-5pm. No weekends! WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE First impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients at the front desk. Cash handling and patient account processing to include Medicare and Health funds Attend staff meetings and participate in company training sessions Comply with procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position and the Radiology Department, such as workplace health and safety, and other HR policies.
