Role Overview We are looking for a Lab Technician to support the assembly, testing, and installation of our IoT hardware devices. The ideal candidate should have strong soldering skills, hands-on experience with electronic components, and an interest in hardware troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Perform soldering (through-hole / SMD) and wiring for PCB assemblies. Assemble electronic devices , including PCBs, enclosures, connectors, and sensors. Conduct hardware testing and quality checks using checklists. Troubleshoot basic hardware issues like connector faults, short circuits, and soldering defects. Assist in firmware flashing and device configuration (training will be provided). Participate in field installation and servicing when required. Maintain accurate testing and assembly documentation . Required Skills Good soldering and manual assembly skills. Ability to use basic lab equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, etc.). Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, heat gun, cutters, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Experience working in an electronics manufacturing / R&D lab . Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Documentation skills (update assembly/testing logs).
