Effectively communicate the curriculum, benefits, and career prospects associated with our courses to prospective students. Provide detailed information about course content, instructors, learning outcomes, and prerequisites to assist students in making informed decisions. Address questions and concerns related to program features, admission requirements, tuition fees, and available financial aid options. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, data science advancements, and machine learning applications to position our programs competitively. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales strategies and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience. Document and track interactions and inquiries using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
