The role involves understanding customer insurance needs, suggesting suitable plans, and closing sales. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote life, health, and motor insurance products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads. Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversions. Explain policy features, benefits, premium details, and terms clearly. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Provide excellent customer service and support.
