Job description: Role & responsibilities: Manage inbound customer calls related to motor insurance policies. Assist customers with policy updates, claims, renewals, and other motor insurance services. Ensure high-quality communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every interaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies. Preferred candidate profile: Looking for graduates only. Minimum 1 year of International voice process experience required. No gap of more than 6 months in last 2 years of employment. Should have excellent communication skills.
